Set 1 - Beginning Readers
For very beginning readers. Consistent sounds and short vowels in 3-letter words.
Set 2 - Advancing Readers
Continue to build reading skills. Stories are longer but continue to use 3-letter words.
Set 3 - Word Families
Stories step beyond 3-letter words. Blends and endings added with a few sight words.
Set 4 - Compound Words
Longer stories and complex words gradually develop skills. Sounds repetition within words makes decoding easy.
