Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipments to Australia:
Orders to Australia are based on merchandise total and shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
In Cases of Adjusted S/H Cost:
Shipping/Handling costs may be adjusted, if necessary, and the following procedure will be followed:
- In cases where S/H costs are reduced, the order will ship and the customer will not be notified. Reduced cost will be reflected on the customer sales receipt and credit card.
- In the rare cases where S/H costs must be increased, the order will not ship and the customer will be notified (via email) of the increase in S/H cost. Customer approval of increased cost will be required prior to shipping order. For customers using a credit card, the card will not be charged until the order ships. PayPal customers will receive a refund.
